How it works

The dentist will use anesthesia or a local anesthetic to numb the patient's mouth.
The remaining teeth & diseased tissue will be extracted from the mouth.
The dentist will place implants over the areas that are getting new teeth.
The dental bridges are fitted to the jaw & the implants are inserted to hold them into place.

A big advantage of All-on-4 is reduced treatment time. Implanted teeth can be affixed as soon as the implants have been placed, rather than the patient having to wait six months or more for healing as is the case with traditional implants. Usually, temporary dentures are placed on the day of surgery and permanent ones are added a few months later. The entire recovery time for All-on-4 implants is four months.
